About Christina

From a young age, Christina has always had a deep love for horses, a passion that has followed her throughout her life. Growing up in Austria, horses held a special place in her heart, providing a sense of peace and connection that she carried with her into adulthood. Despite this love, she initially pursued a different path, spending a decade in the corporate world, gaining extensive marketing experience.

Her journey took her across various European countries, where she earned a Master’s degree in International Business Relations. In 2016, Christina and her husband relocated to Dubai, where she continued to build her career. However, she soon realized that her true calling lay elsewhere. Her corporate success left her unfulfilled, and she yearned for a deeper purpose.

That’s when Christina discovered Horse Guided Empowerment®. Combining her lifelong passion for horses with her desire to help others, she found a way to make a real difference in people's lives. As a certified Horse Guided Empowerment® facilitator, Christina now works with adults and teenagers, guiding them through their healing journeys. Whether it's stress, trauma, anxiety, grief, or other mental health challenges, she uses the profound connection between humans and horses to encourage healing, growth, and fulfillment.

Fascinated by the results and effects on her clients' lives and her own, she continued to dive deeper and learn more. In January 2025, after a 13-month study, she was certified as a Life Coach by the Anna Schaub Coaching academy. ASC® Coaching is an exclusive education in Germany and follows a science-based approach.

Today, Christina is dedicated to helping people live more fulfilled lives, offering a unique and transformative approach to overcoming life's challenges through the wisdom and empathy of horses combined with science-based life coaching tools from psychology.
